At Utthaan Global Foundation (UGF), we are deeply grateful for your support and contribution towards our mission. As a non-profit organization, donations and contributions are critical to our ongoing programs. However, we understand that errors in transactions can occur. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
General Policy
All donations made to UGF are considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated towards charitable activities and initiatives.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Donation: If the donor has accidentally made a duplicate donation, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Incorrect Amount: If the donation amount entered was incorrect due to a technical error or typo, a refund request can be made within 7 days.

Unauthorized Transaction: If you suspect a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Refund Request Process

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Events or Paid Programs
If you have paid for a UGF-organized event, workshop, or seminar:

Refunds may be considered only if the event is cancelled by UGF or if a cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
